Mój projekt opowiada o wielkiej magii jaką ma w sobie stadion. Obiekt, który jest wypełniony niewidzialną energią, siłą, która potrafi zaczarować każdego człowieka, który się na nim znajdzie. Kibica, piłkarza, sędziego, gwiazdy, tancerzy, ludzi zaangażowanych w inauguracje wielkich wydarzeń. Magia stadionu, jest tak silna, że gdy rozpoczynają się mistrzostwa, magiczna energia przenika przez trybuny, ściany i ogarnia cały świat. Skupiam się jednak na ludziach na stadionie, ich okrzykach i gestach , które okazują się bardzo plemienne i rdzenne. Magia stadionu budzi we wszystkich zwierzęcą naturę naszych przodków. Pozwala na wyrażanie siebie, zjednoczenia się ze "stadem" i wykrzyczenia wspólnych zaklęć, żeby ich drużyna wygrała. Tegoroczny hit Shakiry, Waka waka idealnie wpisuje się w moją historię, dlatego wykorzystałam go do tworzenia tego szkicownika tańcząc na kartkach z pomalowanymi stopami w rytm tej piosenki.

My project tells the story of the great magic we have at the stadium. A place filled with an invisible energy that is able to enchant everyone who happens to be there. Fans, players, referees, celebrities, dancers, people involved in the inaugurations of great events. The magic of the stadium, is so strong that when the world cup starts, magical energy passes through the stands, walls, and embraces the entire world. However, I am focusing on the people at the stadium, their sounds and gestures, which appear to be a very tribal and indigenous. The magic of the stadium inspires the nature of our ancestors. It allows you to express yourself, to be united with the "herd" and shout out the common spells when your team wins. This year's Shakira's hit, Waka waka fits perfectly in my story, so I used it to create this sketchpbook dancing on a piece of paper with my feet painted, to the rhythm of this song.
